1. About the service
FursatSouq is an online marketplace that lets independent sellers publish listings for digital products, physical goods, services and classifieds, and lets buyers discover and contact those sellers.
2. Role of FursatSouq
We are a listing and discovery platform, not a party to any sale. All transactions, payments, delivery, warranties and after-sales support are the sole responsibility of the buyer and the seller.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least the age of majority in your country. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Listings
Sellers must own the rights to what they list, describe items accurately, comply with applicable laws, and honour their commitments to buyers. Prohibited items include anything illegal, counterfeit, or restricted in the buyer's or seller's jurisdiction.
5. Conduct
No fraud, harassment, spam, scraping, or attempts to circumvent security. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you post and grant FursatSouq a non-exclusive licence to display it as part of the marketplace.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any listing, or that buyers or sellers will complete transactions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FursatSouq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from listings, communications or transactions between users.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
