Refund Policy

1. Marketplace model

FursatSouq connects buyers with independent sellers. We do not process payments and are not a party to the sale. Refunds, returns and exchanges are agreed and handled directly between the buyer and the seller.

2. Before buying

Ask the seller about their refund, return and warranty terms before completing a purchase. Keep a copy of the listing, your conversation, and any receipt.

3. Digital products

Digital items are usually non-refundable once delivered unless the seller explicitly offers a refund or the item is materially different from what was described.

4. Physical goods and services

Return windows, condition requirements and shipping costs are defined by each seller and must comply with applicable consumer-protection laws in your country.

5. Disputes

Please try to resolve issues with the seller first. If that fails you can report the listing or contact us at Fursatsouq@outlook.com. We can review conduct on the platform and take action against sellers who breach our terms, but we cannot issue refunds on their behalf.

6. Platform fees

FursatSouq does not currently charge buyers a platform fee at checkout.
