FursatSouq ("we", "us") operates an online marketplace that helps buyers discover products and services and connects them with independent sellers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Listing data: product titles, descriptions, images, prices and category you publish as a seller.
• Contact preferences: WhatsApp and phone numbers you choose to expose to buyers.
• Usage data: pages visited, device, IP address and language, used to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

To operate the marketplace, display listings, authenticate accounts, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve the service.

3. Marketplace model

FursatSouq is a discovery and connection platform. Payments, delivery, refunds and any transaction between a buyer and a seller take place directly between those parties, off-platform. We are not a party to those transactions.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that host, secure or operate the platform on our behalf, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep account and listing data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal and operational obligations.
